Banshee can throw a mean left hook and pull off a string of petty crimes without a hitch, but this time she's in over her head. She's stolen a vintage sports car from the wrong guy. The very wrong guy...a hip techno DJ who is also a serial killer (Christian Campbell, Malibu Shores) with a penchant for recording the screams of his victims and morphing them into his music.
