Our breadth of products, over 10,000 titles, is of great value to many varied niche retailers. We have expanded our customer base to include every type of bricks and mortar retailer from Museum Stores to Dollar Stores, on-line web site retailers, home-based on-line sellers and even flea market vendors. Our continuously changing inventory allows you to appeal to a broad range of customers with new and exciting titles.

Whereas our Liquidating and Wholesaling division services large national chain accounts, our Special Markets division is specially designed and staffed to provide the very best inventory, prices and service to mid- to small-sized general, discount and specialty retailers and Internet retailers and resellers.

Does DVAspecial.com have a catalogue?

We do not offer a complete printed catalog of all of our merchandise. The nature of our business prevents this. Since our inventory is constantly changing, it is not cost-effective to print a complete catalog of these items. Our Website is our catalog. You are encouraged to bookmark this site and search for your items and view new items on a regular basis.

We also have weekly inventory lists that we email to our customers. To subscribe, please send an email to john@dva.com with the word subscribe in the subject line.

Additionally, twice annually we do print a partial Special Markets catalog, which highlights certain in-stock items.

The reason for such a strong guarantee is that we thoroughly check each and every item we stock for quality. We stand behind our products. If I've never ordered before, how do I order as a new customer?

First of all, welcome! It's simple. Day or night, all you need to do is register as a new customer - right on our site - when you place your order. You will automatically be assigned a customer number. No need to call.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards are accepted, including Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We also accept Pay Pal and COD (additional tag charge may apply with COD orders). Net 30 terms may also be available. We can take your payment by phone or by fax during business hours.

Yes. With all transactions, DVAspecialmarkets.com will send you a confirmation of your order via e-mail. You can also get order status updated by returning to the site and logging in to Order Status from the homepage. The site is updated each day and will reflect which or your items have been shipped. You will also get an email confirmation at the time of shipping with tracking information.

What are the choices and cost of domestic shipping and sales tax?

We ship all orders within the United States via UPS or United States Postal Service. There is no sales tax with a valid resale certificate. All domestic packages are charged based on actual weight and destination. If the shipping charges are of concern you may always call us to discuss alternative shipping arrangements.

Do you ship to Canada and overseas? How do you ship?

Yes, we ship to both Canada and overseas, by United States Postal Service, UPS or Fed Ex, depending on your location and restrictions. Call to arrange shipping to Canada or overseas.

Can I back order items from the website?

Due to the constantly changing nature of our inventory, we cannot accept backorders on any of the titles listed on the website. Items are available until the stock sells out and quantities available are subject to change without notice.

What do I do if I have to return defective merchandise?

If you have any problem at all with the merchandise you purchase, you may return your item for replacement. Just give us a call and let us know that the return is coming and that you have enclosed a copy of the original invoice. We'll send you a replacement product. If the product is out of stock,we'll credit you the purchase price against your next order.
