I purchase my merchandise from 5-6 online wholesalers, and a substantial amount of my inventory is purchased through DV&A. I always receive quality items at excellent prices with top-notch customer service.
As with any business, customers will have occasional problems with their orders. With DV&A, problems have been few and far between, but each instance has been resolved fairly, quickly, but most of all, professionally.
