A&E: Cold Case Files: The Most Infamous Cases ~ New DVD
Genre: Horror/Suspense, Detectives, Suspense, Killer, Murder, Murder Mysteries, Mysteries
Description: The A&E channel first tapped into the public's interest in true crime with COLD CASE FILES in 2001. The premise of the show is to uncover some unfathomable crimes that have never been solved, and see if advances in forensics can now close the case and bring the perpetrators out of the shadows. Bill Kurtis hosts this compilation of THE MOST INFAMOUS CASES from the show, drawing on good old-fashioned police work, as well as stunningly detailed forensic undertakings. It makes for fascinating viewing, and many viewers will no doubt be aware of some of the cases involved, such as The Green River Killer, who spent nearly 20 years terrorizing the citizens of Seattle.
